Safe area, central location very close to historic Florence, and the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and the Arno and Piazza della Signoria. Lovely building and rooms with a good breakfast included. More than adequate and varied breakfast with a view of the river - boiled eggs, toast, cereal, pastries, and yogurt.

Lots of freshly made hardboiled eggs, toast, cereal, pastries, and yoghourt, I greatly enjoyed it. Modest, quiet room with comfortable beds, everything was great.

Nothing too much trouble, we really enjoyed this accommodation and strongly recommend. It was spotlessly clean, and the people were especially helpful and incredibly helpful. The hotel's location was comfy and really ideal within walking distance of the train station.

Bright rooms, that have essentials you need. WiFi, a mini fridge, and a safe box are available. It has great and unbeatable location for visiting an art museum.

A fantastic way to end my trip. Reasonably priced hardboiled eggs, toast, cereal, pastries and yogurt to every taste. Exceptionally comfortable bed, marble bathroom and WiFi, coffee and a mini bar in the room. The pool area is excellent too. Good internet, parking nearby. Incredible and marvellous location in Florence, close enough to the Uffizi Gallery, the Ponte Vecchio, and the Piazza Repubblica and train station. Nearby Bar Due Ponti - great place to chill out.

The location was comfortable, close to a large Gothic palace. I ate at the authentic restaurant near the hotel. The room I got was brand-new and reasonably priced with bath and a decent bathroom, for instance. The food for breakfast was good, hardboiled eggs, toast, cereal, pastries and yogurt.

I had outstanding food for breakfast with a view of the river. The breakfast was more than adequate and large, the check in was early. Parking was nearby and I paid extra gbp 39 per day to park the car. The location was perfect in a pleasant environment.

A very nicely furnished and well-equipped and reasonably priced room with a view of the arno. Convenient and really ideal location just a short walk away from a cathedral-flanked square. Positioned 10 km from the airport.

I had a memorable stay at a charming hotel tucked away on a quaint side street near the heart of a beautiful Italian city. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city on foot. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The breakfast was delicious, surpassing my expectations. Although there were a few flights of stairs to reach my room, there was a small elevator available. I would highly recommend this hotel to couples or solo travelers, and I would definitely choose to stay here again. I was very pleased with my experience.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable.

Thin walls, some noise. Also lots of stairs but that did not really bother me. Just be prepared!

The staff made out stay. They were always ready for a chat and to pass on ideas regarding their beautiful city.

Not really a complaint - but being a little older having to climb one flight of stairs to the elevator was a little tuff.
