It was just a great fit for a concise stay in Florence with great value for money. The apple cake at breakfast was a delightful surprise and made mornings enjoyable. Make sure to check the elevator accessibility if you have heavy luggage.

Ideal for art lovers
The staff was genuinely helpful, recommended a quaint little restaurant just a block away, which was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious, way more than enough, served in a charming room with windows open to the fresh air.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but honestly, it was still acceptable.

We had a fantastic time at this charming place with friends! It's just a short walk from the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi. The staff was incredibly friendly and made reservations for us easily. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was varied and delicious.
The only downside was that the elevator is a bit small, making it tricky with our luggage, so be prepared for some stairs.

A wonderful surprise with the spacious room that boasted a lovely view of the Duomo. The breakfast featured delicious local organic products, particularly the croissants and fresh coffee. Staff were incredibly helpful, providing great tips for exploring the area, which made the stay even more enjoyable. However, accessing the hotel may be a bit tricky due to the cobblestone paths and limited lift access, especially with heavy luggage.

Hotel Alessandra sits in a fantastic location near the Ponte Vecchio. My double room felt spacious and had beautiful decor, creating a cozy vibe. The staff here made the stay special. they were friendly and genuinely helpful. A receptionist even assisted with my heavy bag up the stairs, which was much appreciated. Breakfast served in my room was a real treat, especially those warm croissants and excellent coffee. However, the elevator is quite small, barely fitting one person with luggage. It starts above the ground floor, so prepare for stairs. While I enjoyed my stay, a more varied breakfast option would enhance the experience. Overall, it's a charming hotel with some quirks.
